Program #1 - Coaching by phone or skype ($150). You receive:
90 minute training with the convenience of a phone session or skype.
Training on the best techniques for handling phone, in-person, or group (panel) interviews.
Techniques for reducing anxiety, increasing confidence, and projecting the "right fit".
Preparation for behavioral, situational and stress interviews.
Best answers to "tell me about yourself", what are your weaknesses?, where do you see yourself in five years?.
Practice role-play (rehearsal) followed by feedback and coaching.

Program #2 - In-person coaching ($500). You receive three sessions (90 minutes each):
Session one includes:
Broad overview of the interview process including the opening, middle, close, and follow-up.
Insight as to what most companies look for in candidates; what 'the right fit' means.
Methods for demonstrating how you will 'add value' to prospective employers; often the key to getting hired.
Techniques for reducing anxiety and increasing confidence.
Overview of all interview methods, e.g., phone, in-person, panel, behavioral, situational, etc.
First role-play and rehearsal of answers to: "tell me about yourself", "what are your weaknesses?", etc.
Session two includes:
Lesson on answering qustions succinctly using the 'PAR' method, Problem-Action-Results.
Preparation for the toughest behavioral, situational, and stress interviews.
Methods of distingishing yourself from other candidates.
Techniques for handling unusual interview questions.
Second role-play that will include rehearsal of difficult behavioral interview questions.
Constructive feedback and methods for improvement.
Session three includes:
Methods for handling each round of interviews since few companies hire after the first round.
Understanding 'sound bites'; subtle cues that you can use to your advantage.
Assessment of your body language and methods for improving non-verbal communication.
Overview of do's and don'ts including when to bring up pay and benefits and what questions to ask.
Final role-play that will span the entire interview session; introduction, Q&A, close, and follow-up.
You'll also receive:
Written list of the majority of interview questions that you can expect.
Written evaluation and feedback of your mock interviews.

Program #3 - Full job search package ($750). You receive all of program #2 plus:
